2. Damages and Order Issues

Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged
• Incorrect (wrong item received)

If an item is marked Final Sale, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, Vessita will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately upon placement. If you need to cancel, please contact contact@vessita.com within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
• Address Changes: If a shipping address modification is required, customers must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
